HCSC New Year Update

Hello High Country Snowmobilers,

This is my last High Country Snowmobile Club update for 2013. I'd like to start off by thanking both the business and family members of the club for their support this past year. The countless hours of volunteer time our members have invested along with their paid memberships have helped make 2013 a banner year for the club.

2014 promises to be another great year. The early season snow this year has been fantastic and we have more events on our calendar than ever before.

Upcoming events include:

1/9 Ullr Parade Float in Breckenridge

1/11 HCSC Group ride at Rabbit Ears 9:00 am

1/14 January HCSC Meeting 6:00 pm @ Q4U in Frisco

1/16 Snowmobile Safety Seminar at the Senior Center, Frisco

1/25 Wounded Warrior Ride, location TBA

1/31-2/2 CSA convention and rides in Gunnison. Info at www.snotrackers.com

2/11 February HCSC Meeting 6:00 pm @ Q4U in Frisco

2/16 HCSC Group ride, location TBA

2/21-2/23 HCSC Weekend ride out of the Medicine Bow Lodge in the Snowy Range!

We haven't even started on March events, please come to our club meeting on the 11th and check out the event page of our web site for more information.

For those of you who have not renewed your club membership yet, this will probably be the last update you will be getting from the club. Please renew your membership at www.snowmobilecolo.com or with Donna at our next meeting. In addition to helping out the club locally, you'll be a part of the Colorado Snowmobile Association and help promote snowmobiling all across Colorado.

Speaking of CSA, the winners of the 2013 CSA Snowmobile Raffle have been announced. Unless your name is John McNary or Eban Abshire, I am sorry to inform you that you did not win the snowmobile raffles. Thanks to everyone that tried and better luck next year! Luckily a portion of our ticket sales come back to support our club, so we were still kind of a winner.
